We believe that the quality of Wheat Flour depends on the extent of raw material cleaning. We have a separate building, housing numerous pre-cleaning Swiss Technology based BUHLER machines. Pre-Cleaning ensures that foreign matter from the grain is removed and it is stored in its purest form.

The Pre-Cleaned wheat is stored in huge silos. The grain is conditioned and stored in tempering bins to reach the right moisture content. We proudly boast of the 40 massive Grain Silos with a total capacity of 10,000 MT- a rare sight.
Wheat from the Silos is moved to the Cleaning Section, which is in a separate building, using a pneumatic system. Even the tiniest unwanted particle is removed by the Swiss Technology BUHLER system. The Cleaning Section has high-tech machines like the Cockle Cylinder, Destoner & Aspiration.
The wheat grain is ready to change form. The 14 high tech roll bodies with a total grinding capacity of 300 MT/ Day, break the grain into different particle sizes which eventually take the form of maida, suji, rava & tandoori atta.

We are proud to state that we have Finished Product Silos with a capacity of 1600 MT. Wheat flour from the mill is stored in these humongous silos which are housed in a separate building.

Our packaging section is unlike any other. The Wheat Flour from the Silos is passed through Impact machines before packing which is the “cherry on top”. It is then bagged using high speed BUHLER carousel with speed upto 600 bags/hr.

The first of its kind in a flour mill, bags are loaded using a telescopic truck loader. The packed bags are transported to the truck loader using conveyer belts. The truck loader automatically loads the truck.
